Resilience & Conflict Management
Resilience is defined as an individual’s ability to properly adapt to stress and adversity. Resilience enables us to deal effectively with and making the most of what we experience in everyday life. It’s about improving our ability to solve the problems we face every day.
Conflict is inevitable in all aspects of our life, so it’s how we deal with it that makes the difference. Conflict can be seen as negative but it actually is a great tool to bring out creativity, so conflict management is reducing the negative aspects of conflict. This does not make conflict easy, but does make it easier to accept as a natural part of our lives. Conflict handled correctly builds trust and creates clearer communication.
