During my career I have focused on leading and developing people, making people and teams the best that they can be. Compliance has always featured throughout my Banking career which grew into my love for Data Protection and “holding people’s hands” through their own Data Protection journey. Overall I focus on keeping things simple, offering simple, never over-complicated training and processes for businesses throughout the UK. I love doing what I do and I am keen to share my skills with all those who need them!
